Crestview Homes is a family-owned property developer with a simple belief: good homes should be designed around the people who live in them.
Crestview was established in 2023, bringing together the experience and expertise of its sister companies, Sheriff Construction, founded in 2005, and Limon Homes, which has been developing homes across Luton and the Home Counties since 2019.
Today, we combine the experience of an established construction business with the ambition and agility of an independent developer. We work across private, public and third-sector projects, with a focus on creating high-quality homes and regenerating underused land across London and the Home Counties.
